1. Schedule an appointment — call the office
2. Request Forms, Doctor’s Notes, Referral Requests: Message to Clinic Staff
3. Message Dr. Hassel McNeil – Allow 1-2 days for routine questions. If it is “URGENT”, please note it in the Subject line. Use “URGENT” for “Time Critical Issues. Please allow 2-4 hours for a response.”
4. If EMERGENT, please call 911. If you are unsure if a situation is emergent, please call the office for further guidance.
Repeated calls to our front desk only delay our ability to help you and your family.

Our Village Vaccination Policy:
I believe that parents want to make the best choices for their children to ensure their best health and a bright future. I appreciate the heavy burden of making those decisions- especially at a time when “research” and “science” are under more scrutiny.
My obligation as a medical professional is to provide information, education and my medical expertise to support that process.
I believe that immunizations are an important tool to protect children, their families and the community at large. All “Villagers” will receive scheduled immunizations according to the guidelines of the American Academy of Pediatrics. There exists no valid scientific research that supports “delayed” or “alternate” vaccine schedules for healthy individuals.
I do understand that some parents have concerns or reservations about vaccinations. I am happy to discuss concerns with any family considering Our Village Pediatrics for healthcare.
Counseling Services –
Counseling services are available for individuals, parents, and families.
Patients find my ability to provide comprehensive care, including management of related medical issues and prescription medications a distinct advantage to traditional therapy. Additionally, I am happy to collaborate with your Psychiatrist or Prescribing Provider.
The rate is $150/hour. Scheduling and setting are negotiable.
