Thank you for your interest in joining Our Village!
Our Village Pediatrics is an independent practice. In order to provide comprehensive, attentive care, the following steps are necessary.
-Call to register your child. Once you are registered, you will receive an email notification to set up your Patient Portal for each child. (The Patient Portal is linked directly to your child’s Medical record, therefore, each child has a unique User ID and Password.)
-Log into the Patient Portal and find the Legal Document section where you will complete Legal Forms and also find a Medical Records Release Form. One the completed form is sent back to us, we will send it to your current practice.
-Once your Medical Records are received and reviewed, you will be contacted to schedule your child’s appointment. Please note that New patient appointments are approximately 2-3 months after medical records are received and reviewed.
You will also find the Our Village Pediatrics Immunization Policy Agreement. Please review and sign this form.
*Our Village Pediatrics requires all patients to follow the Immunization Schedule recommended by the Center for Disease Control, (CDC), Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, (ACIP) and the American Academy of Pediatrics(AAP).
*Special circumstances will be reviewed by Dr. Hassel McNeil.

Our Vaccination Policy
We believe that parents want to make the best choices for their children to ensure their best health and a bright future. We appreciate the heavy burden of making those decisions- especially at a time when “research” and “science” are under more scrutiny.
Our obligation as a medical professionals are to provide information, education and medical expertise to support that process.
We believe that immunizations are an important tool to protect children, their families and the community at large. All “Villagers” will receive scheduled immunizations according to the guidelines of the American Academy of Pediatrics. There exists no valid scientific research that supports “delayed” or “alternate” vaccine schedules for healthy individuals.
We do understand that some parents have concerns or reservations about vaccinations. We are happy to discuss concerns with any family considering Our Village Pediatrics for healthcare.
